you’re interested in a “luxury hooptie,” this is where you should shop. I purchased a brand-new Infiniti QX60 in May 2025, and here has been my experience: May 2025 – Mileage: 12 Signed the paperwork and took delivery of the vehicle. May 2025 – Mileage: 511 The vehicle began sounding like a monster truck. Returned to service—issue attributed to computer programming. $0 out of pocket. July 2025 – Mileage: 2,804 Developed a rattling noise from the speaker. Returned to service—again blamed on computer programming (RXG788, whatever that is). $0 out of pocket. October 2025 – Mileage: 6,175 Initial oil change completed. $0 out of pocket. April 2026 – Mileage: 12,287 The vehicle powered down while my family was driving in the left lane of a major highway, leaving us stranded 65 miles from home. Thankfully, we were able to cross two lanes of traffic and make it safely to the shoulder—truly grateful the tractor trailer missed us. Vehicle was towed to service ($95 tow, 5 miles outside roadside coverage). Repairs/Findings: Failed fuel pump (at just 12,000 miles) Dead key fob battery (How) Loose front bumper (thankful again the tractor trailer missed us) Rear brakes needed replacement (at just 12,000 miles) State inspection Total: $685 (fuel pump covered under warranty) June 2026 – Mileage: 14,574 Vehicle performance has been poor since the fuel pump repair—sluggish acceleration, feels like hill assist is engaged even on flat roads. The rattling noise has also returned. Returned to service and was advised an “engine performance update” should be installed for $220. As for the rattle? I was told it was the sunglasses in the holder. Saying since I just purchased these this year, I can only assume the prior rattle was forecasting to what was to come. My service advisor offered to ride with me to experience the issues firsthand. I declined, explaining the only ride I was taking would be to the Acura dealership down the street. Hoping they don’t hear the rattling—or worse, feel what seems like a failing transmission if they take it for a test drive. And this is why the brand is struggling.

I took my Infiniti here to get an oil change and a day later the splash shield completely fell off as I was driving on the highway. I called and spoke with a Brian (service dept.) who was very unapologetic, nonchalant, and arrogant. He had an attitude as if it wasn't his problem. He didn't take into consideration the inconvenience it would cause me to drive an hour to get the shield put back on due to their negligence, and the accident it could have possibly caused. Extremely poor customer service.

This dealership is o e of my favorites. Good service, super nice helpful staff and just all around good service techs. I haven't had an issue yet and I have been going here for two years. The waiting area is the best too, they keep the snacks and drinks pretty stocked. I wish I had bought an Infiniti sooner lol.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and patient. They explain everything that's happening. The use of video technology and text and email to update customers is truly phenomenal!

Took over 2 hours to patch one tire that had a nail in it. Thought it was going to be replaced. No communication. Also requested a new license plate while I was there it was never addressed. I’m still waiting for a follow up. Yet they tried to up sell me on many items they claimed needed repair. Unfortunate because I use to like this place and always felt safe they were giving me honest service. It felt like a hustle and desperation for money. Still not clear why I didn’t just receive a new tire after all I have tire insurance.
