CJ’s has always been my go to place. I recently got my Tesla tires replaced here. They are extremely professional and polite. Vinny has been wonderful to interact and work with. He was patient to answer all my questions and ensured that I got the best service. I totally recommend this place, they are honest, professional and friendly!
View on GoogleI have visited other CJ's but this was the first time I was at Willow Grove. Showed up when they opened and asked if the had time at one point today for an inspection and oil change. Expecting to be told to come back later in the day. He said we are working on a car right now but we can get you in next. He was so nice and patient. Very even tempered even when there was a lot of customer foot traffic. He focused on the needs and conversation of the customer in front of him and I think that is why the line was calm, they wanted the same attention. The mechanics working the vehicles...bringing paperwork in, moving the vehicles around that I crossed paths with all said good morning, hello with a smile. I will be honest, I have never had a bad experience at any CJ Tires and I have been to many.
View on GoogleAnother great experience here. They are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They give you suggestions for what your car might need above the reason why you brought it in. But they never pressure you or make you feel like you have to add on an extra service. And that is very much appreciated. They also do a great job at getting you in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!
