Drove to Pittsburgh for work from Chicago and my car randomly started vibrating right when I got to PA. Found Justin’s shop because it was the closest to my hotel. I’m so glad I did. He figured out what was wrong with my car the day of. And ordered the parts for it. Got me in for a repair before I had to leave for another city for work. Probably the most honest and hard working shop I’ve ever been to my whole life. Honestly next time I have issues with my car, I’m bringing it back to Justin’s shop instead of the ones in Chicago. Oh and best part was the price. He gives one of the fairest prices I have ever seen. Justin thanks again for saving my ass so I wasn’t stranded in Pittsburgh.

Scheduled an appointment for new brakes & rotors, front end alignment, and oil on my '23 outback wilderness because I wasn't sure what condition they were in. Was told that he would do the work no problem, but I would be okay until my summer inspection. Did me a solid by letting me know instead of changing them even if it didn't need it at the moment. They also got me into the shop quick! Honest and friendly.

horrible service….. took a car in 8 months ago, paid for the majority of it already, every week we are told “its next in the garage”… no communication unless we go in person and happen to catch the owner actually there……. lack of respect for the vehicle, being left in the elements all winter, and found unlocked… do not recommend the blue jaguar… of which you cant reply to my husbands calls but you replied to this review… he wants his car back, its been 9 months…. you need to give him the key so he can take it somewhere else… please call mike now this is beyond ridiculous

Great, honest people! They found the issue with my vehicle when TWO other shops said nothing was wrong when I knew there was! They actually heard me and found the problem in no time. 10/10 recommend!
