The team is down-to-earth, friendly, and truly honest—which can be so hard to find in an auto repair shop. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe and running smoothly. It was such an amazing experience that I left feeling confident and grateful instead of stressed. If you want a shop that treats you like family, gives you honest answers, and does excellent work, look no further than Big Dog’s. They’ve definitely earned my trust and my future business!!! Oh and I just adore the shop puppy he is so sweet!

He will not tell you need something for you car truck or SUV you don't need. He will only fix what needs to be repaired. His estimate is free and his labor rates are responsible.
