*** I am currently in the process of filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division regarding this matter. Tires are a critical safety component, and selling defective, unsafe rubber is not just a customer service issue—it is a serious safety concern. I encourage other customers who have experienced similar issues with this seller to do the same and report their experiences to these authorities. *** Update: My previous review regarding a punctured tire was just the beginning. I made another purchase from Champtires( it was before that first review) (Order #: 16-13270-85798), and once again, I have been misled. I received a used tire that appeared to have good tread depth(10/32), but it is defectively shaped (conical). Because I purchased this for a newly acquired car, I didn't immediately realize that this tire was the root cause of the severe pulling my car was experiencing. Consequently, I spent over $100 on this tire, followed by hundreds of dollars on unnecessary steering and suspension repairs, as I initially assumed there was a mechanical fault. It turns out the tire was in a condition that should have never been sold. Furthermore, despite the tread depth, the rubber is already cracking, unlike my other tires ( same brand - similar dot - same thread )which are in perfect shape. Regarding the owner's response to my previous review: claiming you 'do not have a customer with the name Oguzhan' is an unfortunate attempt to deflect accountability. I have all the receipts and order numbers to verify these transactions. My goal is simply to warn other drivers: based on my experience, this business consistently provided defective, unusable tires and refused to take responsibility for them by saying he doesn’t see order with my name when they know which tire I’m talking about. Save your time and money I specifically asked before purchase whether this tire had any damage or repairs and was explicitly told NO. Despite that, I received a tire with a nail embedded in the tread. This is a serious safety hazard and proves the tire was either not inspected at all or intentionally misrepresented. Shipping a damaged tire is reckless and unacceptable, especially for a safety-critical product. Complete failure of quality control and honesty.

Amazing prices and great selection. IF you buy from here, take the tires home with you and have them installed by your local or authorized mechanic. I had mine installed there, and ended up having to get all 4 rebalanced and recently had a slow leak (assuming unrelated) for which the tire needed to be patched. Within the tire, was a tool ....yes, a tool.

Buyer beware. They do a great job inspecting the used tires that they sell, but, everything that I have read about tires, is that old tires are bad, & can fail because of old age. Remember Paul Walker the actor. He died because of old tires on a car that he was riding in. So, one of the tires that I just had bought & had installed at the West Mifflin location this week, has a stamped date of 3116 which means that it was made in the 31st week of 2016. just discovered this when checking air pressures this morning. So, it's over 9 years old, going on 10 years old. It could fail because of old age.The tire really looks good, no dry rot, & the tread is soft, not hard. Some tire dealers won't touch a tire over 6 years old. So, when buying your tires, don't forget to ask them how old are they. I forgot to ask this question. Also I checked the torque of the lug nuts & everyone was perfect at 100 foot pounds of torque. Don't be afraid of buying used tires here, & I will continue to do so as I'm very happy with the 4 tires that I bought as I saved 100's of dollars, & I will keep an eye on the old tire, that looks, & feels, really good.

I ordered a set of four Nokian Tires to my house, and they were all delivered within just a few days. I live in Carnegie, so initially I didn’t want to drive out to West Mifflin to get them installed, but Champ’s Lebanon church location offered a better installation cost than anywhere else. Not to mention, most places won’t install used tires that they didn’t personally sell to you (or if they do, they’ll add a crazy fee of some kind). Scheduling an install was a bit strange. Nobody answered the phone when I called, but when I emailed them shortly after that - I did get a response within a few hours telling me that someone would contact me. As of November 2025 they were doing walk-ins with no appointment needed, but I would definitely call, text, or email them to double check (contact info is on their website). My tires were installed quick and have held up great for over a month and a half (no leaks or issues of any kind).

I rate this champ tire is very poor. I’ve been waiting for the supervisor to call me back for almost a week. Now my tires was left with no lug nuts and it fell off and the people are. They are rude. Won’t give me a name of any any supervisor they keep saying well nothing will come with this. Have your attorney call so I’m gonna have my attorney call but I advise you if you’re getting your tires done please make sure that the lug nuts are there cause my tire fell off on the parkway driving and almost got cute and hurt someone and these people here do not have any compassion or care about what’s going on. Told me that nothing will ever come of this so I just advise everyone there if there’s nothing that comes with this please make sure that your lug nut to or because that’s what happened to my tire and it fell off and they can’t believe that it that it happened and the supervisor has yet called me back and I’ve called several times since March the incident happened March 25 and I’ve haven’t return Call people been very rude and ignorant hanging up on me in different things like that and I’ve tried to be sensible about it so if you’re getting your tires here, please make sure that your lug nuts are on there and don’t get. Don’t let what happen to me happen. I have pictures to show. Very poor service when there is an issue
