Irvine Alignment

I’ve been taking my personal and business cars, trucks, suv’s snow plowing and salting equipment to Irvine alignment for for installation and maintenance/repair and State inspections work for well over 30 years! The owner, Ken Anderson has always been great, honest and fair. He and his mechanics have an uncanny ability to diagnose and repair problems that other mechanics, including dealerships, repair by trial and error!! I’m having them inspect my truck tomorrow in fact!!!

I’m new to the area and was unsure of where to get my tail light that had recently burnt out fixed. I’m so happy I chose Irvine Alignment! I called on Monday evening, and they were able to get me in on Tuesday morning. Everyone wants an honest and reliable mechanic, and that’s exactly the kind of service that is provided here. Well for starters if your looking for a lick em stick em go here, because I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano off of Ken who runs the place, and the day I gave him cash the car was inspected and emissioned. It had bad fuel level sensors kicked an engine light on a test drive, had a bad cadalytic converter, had warped rotors in the rear, the struts up front were destroyed, to the point you hit a bump and the tire bounced 4 or 5 times after the bump. The rear shocks blown out as well. All of these factors fail inspection and emissions. For the next part. He fixed the fuel level sensors and the rear rotors, but his the fact the struts were horrible, the rear shocks were blown, and the bank 1 cadalytic converter was bad. So I paid for the front struts and cadalytic converter and he put them on and promised an alignment. Well I don't know how you have an alignment shop and not align a vehicle. All 4 tires were brand new, but now the rear has so much camber the rear tires look brand new on the outside and bald on the inside. I found this out while having the rear shocks replaced, Which by the way you could push the shock in and out with your pinky finger abviously that fails inspection, but not at Irvine alignment. Lastly and my favorite part Ken, yea he is a character, he thinks he can talk down to you and be superior than you, also sold me the car on the pretence that he had proof and documentation that the engine was replaced and only had 78k from a vehicle at all foreign. I have tried and tried to have him produce this documentation at which time he has promised and promised again to provide it and doesn't. So to date I do not have documentation on this engine, so I'll contact the State about the faulty inspection and emissions, and contact the BBB and attorney general about the false pretence of which this vehicle was sold to me under. I'm glad I found all this out because he is or was an arbitration employee at an auction up near him. I'll make sure to never recommend or send anyone up to him or his business. They can't even align a vehicle which is in the company name, and cost me hundreds of dollars for new tires new shocks and struts, and a cadalytic converter. I'm sure I'm missing a few things, but I'll remember them and include them into the complaint with the BBB and attorney general.
