Such a great place with excellent customer service. I went in to just verify that I needed a catalytic converter, per the dealership. The kind woman at the front desk listened and explained that, for the extent of mileage on my car, it is probably the case. They checked to make sure that the code was legitimate, and reassured me that it was. My only regret is that I went to the dealership first and not here. Very grateful.

His shop is a 15-mile/30-minute drive for us but in this case, convenience does not come into play. We would not trust anyone else nor would we consider taking our cars anywhere else. He is a respectable, trustworthy, honest businessman who genuinely cares and truly knows cars inside and out. Quality workmanship with pride! We have recommended Sparx with confidence to several people and their experience has been the same as ours.

His mom/receptionist also was very kind and understanding to my ever-changing schedule of when I could and couldn’t bring the car in. I will definitely be taking all our other cars here.

Not only did they correctly diagnose and repair an issue that other shops failed to do, they also discussed our options in detail, prepared for the work before our scheduled appointment, and carried out all requested repairs on time. I have no complaints. Their rates are very reasonable, and we couldn't be more impressed. You've got a customer for life.
View on GoogleI had a set of wheels powdercoated at Bonehead Powdercoating. They recommended Matt at Sparx Auto to mount and balance the tires. I contacted Matt and found him very personable. I ordered the tires from Tirerack and had them drop shipped to Sparx. The receptionist (Matt's mom) contacted me to let me know they had arrived. Once the work was completed, she called me to pick them up. The price was very reasonable and Matt is very meticulous in his approach to his work. He even color watched the weights to my wheel color! This is a full service auto repair shop. Based on the quality of service I received, I would be comfortable in taking my car there for service! Great job!
