Accel auto is a family owned business that is very overpriced for the knowledge they possess. Uncle & nephew are inexperienced mechanics who take three days to complete a job that should be completed in three hours. Nephew has his dad just hanging out for hours accomplishing very little while listening to sports radio. I do not recommend and will not be returning.

Jay and Dan are not only trustworthy & skilled mechanics, they’re genuinely good people. From routine daily drivers to fun weekend cars, they provide very high quality work, transparency and honesty. Instead of crazy month-out appointments at a dealer, and then the dealer trying to upsell services - I’m truly happy to pay the good people of Accel for quality service. Thank you guys for being truly awesome to work with.

So I made an appointment for Wednesday 11/13 to have my own parts installed by Jay four tires,a wheel alignment and rear brake pads drop the vehicle off by 5:00 a.m. cuz I had to be at work by 6:00 wife followed me gave me a right back so I can get my other car and go to work call them back around 4:00 in the afternoon I was told brake pads were on and the tires were on they were waiting for the alignment machine to get freed up having some issues with the vehicle they were trying to align before mine I mentioned to them I needed my vehicle by the morning they said they were going to do their best. They called me back around 7:30 to tell me they couldn't get to me till the next day. I was a bit frustrated but I knew I needed to get the alignment done especially with the brand new tires on the vehicle so I said okay I'll pick it up cuz I need it first thing in the morning and I'll drop it back off by 5:00 so again my wife has to follow me there to drive me back home so I can get into my other car and be at work by 6:00 a.m. inconvenience number two. Call them back Thursday afternoon around 12:30 I was told we're getting it in now on the alignment machine I said cool it gets better by 2:30 I get a phone call and I was told they can't align the car because they're machine is broken and they don't know if it's going to get fixed today they're waiting for a phone call back from mechanic that fixes the machines I said okay I'll wait being that's only 2:30 I get another phone call now I'm told the mechanic will not be there till next week sometime I said okay fine I'll come and get the vehicle this is where it gets really upsetting I walk in I'm handed a bill for $389 My jaw dropped and let me explain usually these guys are really reasonable not this time I was charged $200 to mount four tires in a $28 disposal fee in $120 to install rear brake pads. now mind you I bought all my own parts for this job I spoke to Jay about my frustration after paying for it he basically says it is what it is and we have a 17,000 machine to pay for meaning their alignment machine he proceeded to say a gallon of milk is $8 now, I told him I work in the supermarket industry and it is not 8 Dollars I proceeded to say I will be calling John and talking to him about this he said okay but John's going to tell you the same thing. By the way I called Mavis in Warrington they charge $120 to mount four tires not $200 They charge $16 for disposal fee not $24 and they charge $99 for a wheel alignment not $140. Shame on me for trusting John and Jay and not asking for an estimate upfront.
