Very happy with my experience as first time customer with Rt8 Auto Service. Had a tralier inspected there they told me what they thought the issue was and rough price after looking into it was able to fix it correctly with less parts and cost. Win for me very fear ill be back

In the winter they came and towed me out when my car got stuck in the snow and they gave me a business card for Rt 8 auto. I decided to call because our van needed a new timing belt. I’m so glad I did. I talked to others on a FB group about the costs for changing the timing belt and water pump, and people are paying $2500. Rt 8 auto did that plus an inspection and fixed my tire for less than $1000. They were very professional and had the van done the same day. We will definitely be going back. I’ve driven past this shop many times and always assumed they would be expensive because of how nice their building looks. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Great place. Scheduled an appointment online for my car to be inspected (as someone who hates making phone calls, online scheduling is important to me). Appointment was confirmed the next day. Very clean waiting area, very kind staff. All around good experience. I will be taking my vehicle here again in the future
