They are the BEST most accommodating, kind and trustworthy people in the industry. They always fit me in when I'm in a pinch, and as a single mom with one car I'm ALWAYS in a pinch. I'm so thankful to have people who look out for me and have my best interest at heart, and dont take advantage of me. My budget is tight but they always take care of me. Great place with really good prices! I called them Wednesday to get a repair done, they had the part in by Thursday and the car was done Friday morning!! Very fast and great communication throughout the service! I really appreciate them and hope to make them my go to spot for service! Oh and they were cheaper than competitor by 150 dollars!!

My family has been using John's Automotive for a long time. The problem is after my grandpa passed away and my grandma took over taking stuff to John's the repairs seemed unreasonable, with every car we took in needing brakes and rotors while trying to just get a oil change done or for other issues. I do not know if it is his mechanics just making up issues to get paid more or John knows what is happening and is doing it on purpose.

Despite having lower labor rates than anyone else I've gone to in the area, they were very meticulous with my car. They were able to stay within the agreed upon budget despite finding a few unknown issues. Now I'm doing burnouts in my old GTO that had been sitting for over a year!

Sandy & John are the nicest people! I feel like so many shops are full of disgruntled mechanics, and I always end up feeling uncomfortable. I know the basics of cars so I can tell when I'm being taken advantage of - that is not something that happens here. Very honest, and prices are super fair! John has even gone out of his way to help me deal with an aftermarket warranty that has given me the run around. Awesome to have a shop so local and great! Feels like family!
