The lady I talked to doesn’t know what Mazda CX30 is . Before she puts the blame on me because she sounds like the kind of person who would always blame others no matter how wrong she is , I must say that I made multiple calls to various places and everyone knows and understands what I say except for her . If she doesn’t understand something she should ask and learn instead of degrading others to cover up her own embarrassment . Please learn some basic models of cars if you work at a place that fixes cars . Even my young daughter knows what Mazda CX30 is and can tell the difference between various models of Mazda, Volkswagen , Ford , Audi etc etc . My 13 years old daughter will surely be able to help customers better than the lady who picked up the phone today . I gave the job to another repair shop who knows how to be respectful and with great price too .
