Sadly my car was hit by an ottoman on the highway and it really messed up my front bumper. Badell’s was one of the recommended repair shops through my insurance and man did they exceed my expectations. I dropped the car off Monday night, the employees from the front desk all the way to technicians were extremely friendly. Walked me through the whole process. Rick handled my car did the walk around with me. I was shocked that Friday morning first thing I had a call saying my car was ready! 3 days to repair the front of my car and it looks brand new! Car looks better than before it got hit. Amazing customer service and amazing work. Would absolutely go back if I needed another repair.

If you’re looking for a great place to take your vehicle when it’s been in a collision. I was visiting from York, Pennsylvania and my car broke down. It was close to quitting time almost 5 o’clock. The staff inside were very kind and helpful. The two young men in the body shop fixed me right up so I could get back home. My wife and kids were very thankful. Carlos and Nick came up with a creative way to get the radiator repaired and get me home. Those two were very helpful . For all your body and paint work I would recommend these folks. Looks like they do insurance claims also.

Had a great experience at Badell’s. My car was damaged by a deer and they were able to fix it right up! I received updates on every processed my car was at and they finished earlier than the anticipated finish date. Badell’s Collision repaired my 2025 Honda Pilot after I unfortunately hit a deer on 452 in Aston on 10.28.25. I had just switched from Nationwide to Allstate on 10.23.25, and of course this accident would happen so soon after switching that Allstate made me give a recorded statement that I had no gaps in coverage, etc., but anyway, this shop is in the Good Hands network so it was an incredibly smooth process. Badell’s arranged for a tow since my driver’s door wasn’t fully opening. Then from there they kept me informed every step of the way with emailed updates. Chance at the office was super nice. Today I picked the car up, and it was in better shape than even before the accident. Rick went over the repairs with me and made sure I was happy. The car drives beautifully as the deer gouged the tire and they replaced the tire and did an alignment. 10/10 would recommend this shop.
