Matt's Heavy Duty Mobile Diagnostics and Truck Repair & Heavy Towing

Bonjour, We are Canadians from Montréal, Quebec. We used the mechanical services of Matt and have a very nice talk with Karen. We had a problem with our Van on the interstate near Allentown, Pennsylvania. A first towing , the one allowed on interstate, took us to a plaza where there was food. After calling almost 10 garages, no one could repair our Van either because it was a Van or because there was no availability within 3 weeks. The day after we took another towing to an Hotel. Same guy. We then called AAA to be towed to a garage near by. AAA came but even if we said our Van was 24 foot long, the towing wasn’t able to take us since it was too small. In the meantime, talking to a perfect stranger, he gave us the name of Matt’s Heavy Duty. We call Matt and a new towing bring us to is place. Matt knew the problem we had and repaired it overnight. Even one of the employee took us to an hotel near by for the night. The next morning the Van was repare and we were able to continue our trip. So do not never hesitate to call Matt’s services, he is the best and also very helpful as he and Karen were taking care of us all the time. Thank you a lot Matt and Karen. We will never forget you.

Matts got me out of a tuff spot , and they sent a tech out superfast. The Landlord wanted that RV off his property right now or else he gonna cry louder, or something. The tech got me rollin like Magic, would definitely call them again if needed... A lil pricey if your broke like me but if your making money with your rig, then you get what you pay for, and Matts comes through.

Very nice, honest, and is determined to get you back on the road or even if you’re broken down somewhere, he will come to you, he does it all. I recommend them to anyone that needs help or is a jam. called them for an inspection on my bucket truck and also asked if they did hydalic work as there was a leak on the bucket. They said yes. First they couldn't find my registration which i left on the front seat and had to go and drop off a second copy and walked out to the shop and showed them that it was in the truck. Person at the desk had major attitude with me the entire time since i was mad i had to leave a job and run that to them which it was already there. Then as far as the leak goes they told me it was a a seal and that it was a slow leak. Went to use the bucket and the leak was pouring fluid out, how they could miss that do not know. Worked on myself and found that there were three bolts for the manifold that needed to be tightened. I tightened them and now no leak. They do not know what they are doing and over charge for poor work. The one thing they all have are major attitudes to customers. The only ones that were pleasant were the ladies that work there.

Matt was super helpful and communicative, and Mike the responding mechanic was outstanding with their knowledge and teamwork they were able to get my winch truck back on the road within a timely manner. The engine was a dd15 Detroit in a 2011 Western star 4900sa having signal issues with the DPF after treat and Mike was able to trace it down and get us going again.
