My son had minimal damage to front driver side of his Lexus. Basically a headlight assembly, straighten front corner of fender, fender liner and MAYBE a support piece. It took close to 3 weeks after being told they were slow, don't return calls or emails. The front fender isn’t even lined up correctly, they bent it back but not to match the other side. The car wasn’t even washed off after body work was done. Then when you finally talk to someone to ask about the car they keep saying they’re waiting on parts. This Allie guy thats suppose to be customer service shouldn’t even have a job. They gave an estimate which actually seemed fair. Then when we try to pick up the car, they try to nail my son for extras that they said was needed. It went from about $2,800 to over $5,000. Note this was all an insurance claim and they should’ve never asked us for the extra money. To top it all off after a call to the insurance, they already were given the rest of the money.. So I looked into a few things, they price gouge on aftermarket parts they use and milk out the time actually spent on the car. They know most insurance companies don’t look into things and just tend to pay for so called services.. Shops like this add to reasons why our rates are high.. I’m happy some have had a good experience with this place but with the quality of work and lack of customer service I will NEVER use this place again.

I sought out Ciocca after the hatchback door of my RAV4 got dented in a way that required specialized body work. My experience of Ciocca was of a quick, smooth, professional, and friendly process. I was kept up to date on the status of the repair with an added bonus of it being ready two days before originally estimated. It's one of those services I hope I never need again, but if I do, I'll use Ciocca.

It is beautiful and no one would be able to see where I was struck on the drivers side qtr panel and both doors by a hit and run. That was upsetting but you all did a superb job erasing all the damage. Thank You again for making my Crosstrek look brand new. You are truly automotive artists !!
