I love these guys! This is my second car. Sam has been So great. I had to trust Sam because I knew nothing of cars. I got a BMW through a divorce and he took me under his wings and never tried to tell me things my car didn’t need. So I finally could get another car and I bought my Lucille. I drive an hour each way to have these guys do everything. I just had accessories and brought it up to Sam and his team.

Sam and his team are awesome. I purchased a Jeep. This was my first Jeep, so he gave me advise on what fuel to use, how to take down the soft top, etc. The price was good and I could tell they removed rust from under carriage and painted, looked great and it came with a warranty. After a few weeks, it overheated and I texted Sam around 8pm (after hours) for guidance. In less than a few minutes, he texted me back with a plan. Once the Jeep was at their shop, they did multiple hours of testing to make sure the root cause of the problem was corrected. Sam updated me on their progress as it went. I picked up the Jeep and asked Sam how much I owed him and he said I owed him nothing. I questioned him since their warranty states they would not charge extra for parts needed and the labor is half off. The Jeep needed a new thermostat but I was expecting at least a few hundred dollars between the thermostat and labor, but I paid $0.00? That's the ethical practice that Sam at Top Auto has with customers. He said Matt, you just purchased it, I can't charge you for this. No wonder Top Auto has such good ratings for service!! I would definitely purchase a Jeep or other used car from them as I know I will be supported by a quality team.

I was referred to Sam Kabani and Top Auto Center by a close friend whose family has trusted Sam with their cars for years. Sam took the time to explain everything to me regarding my Mercedes E320 and provided excellent service throughout the process. It’s not easy finding people you feel you can trust when dealing with car repairs. I highly recommend Top Auto Center.

I cannot say enough good things about Top Auto and Sam. I don’t live near there. My car broke down nearby and these guys helped me on a Saturday late afternoon, despite it being totally inconvenient to them. Originally thought it was something small but it ended up needing a new engine. They went so far out of their way to defend me to the warranty company and advocate for me. Sam has been the best administrator of any mechanic I’ve ever dealt with and the nicest person. Due to the circumstance, I’ve basically had to talk to Sam on a daily basis for the last two weeks. He Is always super nice, super knowledgeable, super helpful. I’ve thanked him 100 times already, but it’s worth noting, places like this are rare. If I lived in the area, they would definitely be my regular mechanic. Highly recommend Top Auto.

Sam explained everything! He was so easy to deal with. Answered all of our questions and made paperwork signing a breeze! Would highly recommend Top Auto Center and Sam also! Thank you for an A+ experience Sam!
