Mike's repair shop is great! Been his customer for years and years. He goes the extra mile and makes good recommendations that has saved me and my family possible breakdowns and future problems. I feel he is a good honest mechanic; hard to find now days.
View on GoogleTook a Chevy Silverado here to MIKES AUTO REPAIR (NOT ANOTHER BUSINESS STUPID) to get brakes inspected and changed if needed due to squealing. They said brakes were front brakes were fine. I took them off myself and BOTH FRONT caliper pistons WERE DAMAGED due to them using some sort of screw driver or prybar - Caused total brake failure of front left driver side. The piston was literally crumbling and they said it was fine. This could of cost my father his LIFE. I do not recommend ANYONE to come here. They did not take responsibility of replacing the DAMAGED caliper or the worn brake pads due to their negligence. And yes Mike. I'm not in your database because I'm writing this review for my dad. Your guys damaged both front calipers and then said the brakes were fine until inspection time (2.5 months away)

View on Google2016 Ram Fairly new to the area and I needed some basic maintenance performed. State Inspection, full synthetic oil change and tire rotation which was included in the oil change. I loved that you could book online and they send you a text message reminder before your appointment and the day of. Prices are reasonable and a bargain compared to the dealer. Thanks guys, you will see us again soon! Update August 2025: Since my initial service I have found Mike’s shop to be unresponsive. I’ve tried to get my truck in for service twice by reaching out on their website to make an appointment. An auto-reply acknowledging my request came immediately, but it was roughly two weeks later that they emailed saying they were booked for weeks. Even made a phone call and left a message. Their answering machine message guaranteed a call back that never happened. By this time, I had my service completed by Earlington Transmission. I asked Mike’s to remove me from their contact list. I can’t recommend this shop. I’m a local and have been in customer service my entire career. This is not how you do it. With all their 5 star reviews they must do something right, but not in my opinion.
