I absolutely love the car I purchased from this dealership, but the experience after the sale has been extremely frustrating. It has been over two months since I bought my vehicle, and I am still dealing with registration issues. Communication has been poor from the start. I repeatedly had to follow up myself because nobody from the dealership reached out to provide updates. The sales manager, Colleen, assured me that a new temporary registration would be sent to me before the current one expired. That never happened. Now my temporary registration has expired, and I cannot legally drive the vehicle I am paying for. Buying a car is only part of the transaction. Handling the registration properly is a basic responsibility of any dealership. Unfortunately, once the sale was completed, it felt like I was forgotten. If you decide to buy a vehicle here, make sure you stay on top of every registration and DMV-related detail yourself. Don’t assume the dealership will follow through on its promises. The vehicle is great, but the customer service and post-sale support have been a major disappointment.

Buyers beware. They are about making a deal that is in their favor only. Sold a truck that needed a new transmission without enclosing any information as such. Will not return my calls.

STAY AWAY FROM QUAKERTOWN MITSUBISHI Tammy Smith is posting this for me but this is my experience—LINDA S BRUHL We provided a $500.00 deposit on Thursday 3/20/2025 to hold a vehicle for us until it was ready for pickup on the date provided to us of Tuesday 3/25/2025. We received notification at 5:30pm on Monday 3/24/2025 that the vehicle would not be ready for pick up until the following day, Wednesday 3/26/2025. This required us to adjust work schedules for a second day. As we were traveling to pickup the vehicle Wednesday 3/26/2025, we were notified by their salesman, Emmanuel Doelue, that we would need a cashier’s check with the balance of the down payment. This forced us to make an unplanned stop at a bank that their salesman suggested to make such a transaction. We arrived at the dealership at approximately 10:30 am Wednesday 3/26/2025 and told that the vehicle wasn’t ready for pickup yet. We were detained until after noon when we were told that the vehicle would not be ready that day but it was hopeful on the part of the salesman that it would be Friday or Saturday. He mentioned that it may take more time if the problem could not be resolved. However, we were told to expect a call by Saturday 3/29/2025 on the progress and the arrangements to have the car delivered to us which would require us to adjust our schedules. At this point we had lost a sizable amount of time and money in lost wages, a 300 mile unfruitful round trip to the dealership and waiting unproductively on the dealership’s progress. We had no promised progress reports on the vehicle all weekend so we sent a certified letter withdrawing our offer and requesting a refund. Not one word of reply of any kind for 9 calendar days and then we were called and told that the car was ready to pick up. We made numerous calls and emails requesting our refund of $500 but not even one single reply of courtesy. Luckily we kept the cashiers check. Our phone calls received no return calls and no replies to our emails. The Better Business Bureau was contacted. This is just unacceptable behavior.

Would highly recommended if your looking to purchase a vehicle. Tom was great in helping me and the process was smooth and quick! Don’t hesitate to visit these guys if your looking for your next vehicle!

Today I came in just to look at a car and Alex was very patient with me and as a result I ended up getting a vehicle that I am very excited about. He took his time pulled out several options took me on my test drives and even better got me something that is affordable. Alex definitely made my experience a pleasure.
