Awesome Service Center, within a day or two of purchasing my car, I received a phone call from the service department . Introducing themselves and hoping I would stop by for my complementary oil change. After a couple of months I did schedule online (Great and easy convenience) received my confirmation. After arriving at the dealership, I was a little confused about where to go because of the renovation going on, but there was a gentleman outside that seemed like he was waiting for I walked us directly to the Service Center. I travel one and a half hours to get to the dealership and Service Center because of their No pressure, no hassle and professionalism. I was very pleased with the service I received. It will definitely be back for all the My vehicle. I hope I didn’t fail to mention. I also got a free car wash.

Although Gateway is a bit out of our way they were the only Kia dealership to really treat us right, and it still happens today, although they are remodeling the customer service area it's flowing pretty smoothly , I have to say Tim has been a pleasure to work with he explains everything in a thorough and courteous manner, I wouldn't have fear of my wife getting service done by herself for fear of being taken advantage of. I've been in that business as well and can read people in that respect their polite willing to work with you. thanks for the great service guy's.

I received an offer i just couldn't refuse, and today im driving around in my Glacier White Hybrid X-Line SX right now. I never even want to go home anymore.
