Ciocca Collision of Quakertown

About a month ago, I hit a deer and severely damaged the front of my car. My insurer, USAA, recommended Ciocca Collision, and I’m very glad they did. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with their service and their people. Everyone was polite and professional, and I was kept well informed throughout the repair process. The work was excellent, and my car was delivered looking like new—well ahead of when I expected it. Ciocca delivered one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Fritz Alders Sellersville

Ciocca Quakertown is the best car repair shop experience I’ve had. They went above and beyond helping me through my car repair. The process was quick, easy, and well communicated. My car came back cleaner than before and the repair work was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a car repair

They were helpful from the start. They sent the insurance company an excellent detail of what had to be done and how long it would take. Their main place they worked on it was Quakertown but since the car was dropped off in Allentown they told me I could pick it up in Allentown. I had updates on their progress. Then I got it back earlier than expected. When I went to pick it up everyone was friendly and made sure I was on my way in a short period of time. I cannot say enough about their kindness and communication.

The communication on my repair was great! It was completed in a timely manner, and the work done was perfect. My car looks brand new! I bought my vehicle from Ciocca, and I am so glad that I got my repair here too!

I really do not recommend this collision repair center. I chose it because although I live in the Reading area, I get decent service from Ciocca’s Audi Allentown location. Around January 2023, I had Ciocca Collision repair my Audi A4 through Erie Insurance. First, it took like 35 days. I believe there were supply chain issues waiting for the parts which was common at the time. When I finally got my car back, it was in “limp” mode meaning it would not drive over 55mph. It was like 6pm by the time I was back on the highway to notice this, after Ciocca Collision was closed for the day but luckily while Audi Allentown was still open. I called Audi Allentown– where I regularly take this car for service. Their technicians already left for the evening. They also could not/would not help in terms of giving me a loaner until my car was fixed. I then had to drive back to the Quakertown location on another day because the Ciocca Collision Allentown location is essentially a pickup/dropoff point only. None of the work is done there. Once I made the journey, I learned the whole limp mode issue was because they forgot to plug a cable in prior to returning my car. The service manager at the time, his name might have been Jeremy Apgar, said he would be sending me a $100 Wawa gift card to cover the gas and the hassle. I provided my secure PO Box address and I also have Informed Delivery which would show incoming mail photos. The card was never sent. The lack of attention to detail didn’t end there. Visible through the front grill of my car on a replacement part, there’s a big noticeable piece of sticker from it being poorly peeled off. There’s a screw or rivet missing under the right wheel well which is not missing on the left side. And the whole front grill has like a 1 millimeter gap– as if they didn’t snap it all back together properly. On top of that, they used a non-OEM part without asking me. So I didn’t have the opportunity to pay for OEM if the insurance wouldn’t have covered it. They also seemed afraid to pick up the phone and give updates. Time and time again throughout the 35 days, repair time estimates were missed and I heard nothing until I called to ask. I did like dealing with Jim at the Allentown location. He wasn’t involved in the lack of communication. Overall, lame experience and I really should have pursued these issues at the time. Update: Even after replying to this review, Ciocca made no attempt to even make it right with the $100 gift card. They absolutely do not stand behind their work. :((
