Company vehicle that uses enterprise fleet maintenance program - was never given any initial indication that wipers needed to or would be replaced. Upon checking the invoice I noticed the charge for wiper replacement. I would have declined this service if this was “recommended”, as the wipers I had on the vehicle were less than a year old. Very shady practice; seemed like just another way to rack up the bill that they knew I was not paying for out of pocket. Will not be coming back and will recommend family/ friends/ co-workers go elsewhere

Came in for car making a noise and running a little rough. They gave me a detailed video of the issues my car was experiencing. (excellent way to see what is really going on other then them just telling you verbally). Car needed major work. New Transmission and some other work. Time frame they told me in 7-10 days. Car was done in five days. Excellent communication with me throughout the process. Shout Out to my service advisor Brian Deleon for great communication and constant updates on my car and my rental and the rental process. All around Ciocca Chevy in Quakertown PA is a Top Notch Organization. Well done!!! Well done!!

Ciocca Chevrolet of Quakertown was awesome. Chris Wygand was a great service manager and helped me so I had the greatest experience there. His technician Timothy diagnosed and replaced my transmission. My only concern is my transmission is still shifting hard, it’s not as bad as it was. I am suppose to allow it break in so we will continue and see how it goes, I know it is a GM manufacturer issue. The dealership itself was awesome.

A $2000.00 oil change?, Scheduled an oil change for a 2500 HD Duramax and shortly after sitting down in the waiting room was given a $400 up-sale estimate which was politely declined. About an hour and a half later was given a second up-sale estimate for $1300 and when asking if everything that was recommended was part of scheduled maintenance for a truck with 50K on it was told they didn't know, guess they don't know my vehicle the best, so I checked, and guess what not a single item was due for replacement as part of scheduled maintenance.

Regular sales and service customer of this dealership for years. Have spent over 6 figures in vehicle purchases, not including service. Take my Z/28 in for service yesterday. Service tech tells me that the a/c belt needs replacement and was in correctly installed. I installed it but funny it never blew off , it worked fine. I told them I would handle. I take the car home and find that yes I routed the under a pully instead of above it. Here's the kicker. Me in my driveway putting the nose up on ramps with a 5/8 wrench put the belt back correctly in less than 2 minutes!!?? Now one would think in a business where I spend the amount of money I do for the sake of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE the mechanic who saw the belt problem with a car on a lift would have taken the 30 seconds to put it back properly as a COURTESY. No they left it that way. Answer to this the only thing that matters to Ciocca is $$$$$$. No loyalty here. Take your business elsewhere. Oh and by the way, belt looked serviceable to me no cuts or gouges. Running fine.
