Don’t bring your vehicle here for warranty work. They will perform work on your vehicle before getting authorization first. You’ll end up paying the full cost for repair without help from warranty since they didn’t get a pre authorization. I provided them with the form from my warranty company and phone number showing to do so. They ignored it. My vehicle came back fixed, but I didn’t get reimbursed. I had no idea what I was paying. Very unprofessional. They took no accountability for it like it wasn’t their fault and were very rude in general and didn’t feel bad about it. For this reason I wouldn’t take my vehicle here.

Needed my transmission pan dropped, emptied, and refilled with ATF. They did it on Christmas Eve day ... and it was a MUST for me to drive. 320-miles later, made it home, trans didn't overheat. Good luck George with progress of your renovation.

Had transmission issues on my gmc terrain and as a mother with only one vehicle it was very stressful and nerve wracking. I contacted George and he was very helpful and professional all the way threw. He stayed in contact with me the whole time while he was working on my “girl” and when I went to pick her up him and his crew were very friendly and took great care of me. Being a women and needing the truth and respect while dealing with vehicle issues is a big deal to me as I’ve been taken advantage of in the past. I highly recommend his shop for your transmission needs. Also found out to he sells used vehicles also and at a very reasonable price.

All I can say is my truck runs amazing and I have solid peace of mind and confidence in the quality of the work. Price was great! I came in because my car was shaking at low accelerating and the shop i took it to before said the codes read something about the transmission. They told me to come the next day to look at it and they wouldn't charge me for a diagnostic fee. I come back not sure what they did but they told me I needed a new transmission and they charged me for looking at it. I paid and just took it to someone else to get a second opinion turns out I didn't need a transmission just throttle body replacement. All and all they were a waste of time and money and will never go here again if they cant even diagnose the problem right. They were scamming if you ask me
