Vinny's is the best! I hit a deer with my van and based on a recommendation from my friend called Vinny's and asked if they could fix it. That deer really destroyed my van and its radiator. I asked Vinny's if they could possibly fix it all with junkyard parts to keep the price down and they did. They went above and beyond to help me get my van going again and were so kind and knowledgable. I called several times to see how the work was progressing and they were always patient and kind to me and never annoyed with me. You could not ask for more kind, honest, and knowledgable people. I'm really thankful to have found them and will be going back for anything vehiclular related for probably the rest of my life. Truly awesome people! Thank you again Vince and Keke!!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Vinny’s Alignment and felt compelled to leave a detailed review because honest automotive shops are hard to find. I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in after being told by Valley Honda that my vehicle needed over $2,100 worth of repairs, including a complete rear subframe replacement, stabilizer links, hardware, and alignment work. They made it sound like the issue was severe and unavoidable. After already spending money on tires, brakes, and other repairs, I was extremely stressed and concerned about putting even more money into the car. Wanting a second opinion, I took the vehicle to Vinny’s Alignment. From the beginning, Vinny was transparent, straightforward, and professional. Instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive repairs, he carefully inspected the vehicle, explained what he was seeing, and focused on solving the actual problem rather than maximizing the bill. In the end, Vinny successfully aligned all four wheels and corrected the issue for only $133. That experience completely changed my perspective on automotive repair shops. Vinny treated me with honesty and integrity instead of fear tactics. He saved me thousands of dollars and likely prevented me from authorizing unnecessary repairs. I originally thought it was the tire, but after pumping air almost daily from June through early August, it became clear the issue was deeper. Turns out, the rim had a crack! From the moment I called, I was impressed. I spoke with Kee Kee, the service advisor, and let me just say—her professionalism and welcoming tone were top tier. She listened patiently, explained that they could fix the issue same day, and best of all no appointment needed. That alone was a game-changer. I brought my vehicle in around 9:33 AM and by 2:16 PM, they called to say it was ready. The repair cost me just $123.05, which included removing the tire and welding the cracked rim. Compare that to other places quoting me between $800–$1200 for a brand-new wheel...this was a huge savings. Jake, the technician, was another standout. Cool demeanor, respectful, and professional with that kind of quiet confidence that makes you feel like your car is in the right hands. Oh, and shoutout again to Kee Kee! When I joked and sang "Kee Kee, do you love me?" (yes, the Drake song), she laughed and showed me her ringtone the exact song. This is my first time writing a negative review, and unfortunately, this shop truly deserves it. 1. I came in because my steering wheel was off by about 10 degrees when driving straight. After their first wheel alignment, absolutely nothing improved. 2. I rescheduled a second appointment for the following day, only to be told I’d have to wait an additional three hours. Then what was the point of making an appointment? 3. They didn’t offer any form of compensation or solution for the inconvenience. Overall, this is a repair shop with poor technical skills and even worse customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
