The owner is awesome. Very accommodating. Has always been available for walk-ins as far as I’ve been going to them, you just may have a few minute wait. The workers are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and the tires are in great condition.
View on GoogleYesterday, I spent 45 minutes driving to their Frankstown location. When I arrived, I was informed that they did not have the size I needed. However, the employee provided me with a business card for the manager, Hedi Chaabane, along with his phone number. I called the manager and asked if he had the tire I needed at the McKeesport location, and he confirmed that they did. I then drove an additional 30 minutes to reach that location. Upon arrival, I found that the tire advertised as in stock was actually unavailable. The manager stated, “They must have sold it before you got there.” He also stated “if you waited 30 minutes, which is how long it takes to change a tire.” he could bring the tire to me. I expressed my frustration about having to make the long journey, and asked if I could be compensated for my time. He offered me a mere $5, which I felt was insufficient given that I had spent more than that on gas to get to the other location based on his assurance that the tire was in stock. I assured him that I knew how to change a tire myself, as I am knowledgeable in that area. In short, the manager's customer service was poor, and he indicated that he didn't want to assist me further, suggesting I take my business elsewhere. Additionally, I learned that they source their tires from U Pull & Pay at $21.99 and then charge customers $65 for a used tire. I recommend going to Factory Tires and Full Service on Route 51, where they offer brand new tires (195/65R15) for $63.99 when in stock.
View on GooglePrices are not good. I bought two tires and they were bald. I was showed 2 good tires but those are not the tires I received. I went to get an alignment the next day after getting the tires and the thread on both tires was showing. They did have fast service though 🤣Save your money and go elsewhere..
