Rohrich Collision

I took 2 vehicles to Mazda/Rohrich collision for body repairs. First my wifes Mazda cx5 that went there to have a taillight put in and minor body work. Rohrich estimated repairs at 1800 and Erie estimated damages at 1200 so I turned it in to the insurance. When they called and said it was done I went and picked it up only to notice that they put in the wrong taillight and painted the whole lift gate too that was not even on either of the estimates to be done. That was 1400 to paint the lift gate and it was not even on any of the paperwork to be done and keep in mind that the original estimates were of 1200and 1800 without painting the lift gate. They then fraudulently type on the paperwork the day I picked it up that I approved these repairs. I immediately asked to have the supervisor contact me about this and he never did. So the wrong light was put in and they painted something that wasn't even on any of the estimates to be done then fraudulently type on the receipt that I approved these repairs extra work. I challenge Rohrich to respond to this review before I leave the horrible review for my van. I also have another vehicle there (a Chevy van) that was mishandled for the entire repair. So I had 2 vehicles there at the same time and both were handled horribly. I will leave a review for the van separately so stay tuned. I have multiple videos and photographs to prove everything. And my van has been there for 1 month due to improper scheduling,communication and basic mishandling of the claim. There is no accountability from anyone and the lack of communication from them is terrible. I have attached 2 photos of the taillights AFTER repair (note the lights are different). I also have attached an image of the car before we brought it to Rohrich. Make sure u zoom in to see the minor repair work that needed done with no justification of painting the entire lift gate. So you can only leave 1 review on here so I have to combine both of my vehicles in 1 review. They had my van there for over 2 months for repairs. During this time I frequently visited the lot at night because I live nearby and wanted to see the progress. All 5 times I went at night my van was unlocked. When I finally was able to get in touch with someone about this and the progression of the work that was being done I was shocked. This was the most miserable experience of my life. Everything they did was either done wrong or not done at all. I was repeatedly lied to about things and was never told what was being done to my vehicle and where it was being done as they bounced it around West liberty ave between Rohrich Honda and Rohrich Cadillac and Rohrich Collision. It was done so poorly that someone named Megan (not sure about spelling) called from the vice presidents office (I think she said his name was Mark) at least that's what she told me. We talked on a Friday and she said "Let me look into all this and call you back Monday morning and I am not like them I WILL call you back" well it is now a month later with no call back and I even called her 2 more times and left a message. They just ghosted me with no more contact as of 11-15-25. The work to my van was done so poorly that I can't even write it all down, just make sure if you go here to question everything and every repair. In final Rohrich collision has agreed to take off approximately 1500$ due to their negligence, mishandling and mistreatment of my vehicle. I have alot of pictures with proof of everything. I spared alot of people that were involved with this alot of embarrassment by leaving out their names.

Dropped my truck off Monday and got it back same week Friday. They fixed the damage and it's as good as new! Forgot to take fixed photos. They had to fix/replace the front side panel as it was pushed in and the headlight was replaced. Was covered by insurance.

Quick and professional response to my original estimate request. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I knew when parts were being delivered and when work was going to be completed. Bridgette was especially helpful, friendly, and professional - an all-around great experience. Other than the hit-and-run that made me need collision repairs in the first place, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Always a grateful Rohrich customer.

Completed the repair on our Lexus with results that look like the vehicle was never damaged. Tim Downing was our contact and assured us that the work would be performed to perfection. They matched our special white paint perfectly. Tim advocated for some other special repairs with the insurance company. We were treated with respect as well. No other place I would go for work on our Lexus though it is 2 hours away, even though this type of work can be performed by my local excellent body repair shop.

Frank is the best! My brand new car was hit just 3 weeks after I bought it. I had initial repairs done on my vehicle and was unhappy with the fit of the bumper. He went above and beyond to take care of this problem, they ended up replacing the bumper and now my car looks amazing! I am very happy with the repairs. He has been great with communication and has always responded in a timely manner when I have had additional questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
