I had an emergency repair need on a Saturday. I escort oversized loads across the country. On Friday night, I had a problem with my vehicle that left me near Pittsburgh PA. This issue had the potential to leave me stranded in the middle of nowhere and shutdown our movement until repairs could be made. I had a narrow window to effect repairs and get my vehicle back on the road escorting this large, heavy load on to Illinois. It isn’t easy to find a place that will get you repaired and back on the road quickly, but I found an empathetic ear with NTB. While the first shop I called did not have the ability to take care of me, they took the time to find another location that could accommodate my special need. Enter Jeff at the Clairton blvd location. He not only told me to bring it in, but he had his service department on it moments after I arrived at his door. 3 hours later, my emergency was resolved and I was back on the road escorting the load I was on! Kudos to all the people at NTB for caring enough to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. And a special shout out for Jeff, whose communication, expertise and overall professionalism came through when I needed it most! Thank you guys very much!

Great service! I went in needing a flat repair that day and Tim, Jess, and the rest of the staff got me in, took care of the flat and got me out the door. They didn't try to sell me tires or anything extra that was not needed. Just did what I requested but did say that soon I will need tires and showed me why and explained why. Because of his honesty and not trying to upcharge or sell me anything, I made a later appointment at NTB for an inspection and tires. I highly recommend this place.

Jessica at the front desk was so professional and kind—she made everything easy right from the start and kept things running smoothly. Jeff was also super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. I came in needing a few things looked at, and they gave me a really fair, reasonable quote and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Overall, just a smooth, stress-free experience. Definitely one of the better places I’ve been to…I’ll be back for sure!

These folks at the Clairton Blvd. location took care of what I needed and helped me get my money back from the other shop. I’m grateful for their honesty and integrity!
