I needed a tire repair at the last minute before an out-of-town trip. McKenzie was the only shop able to accommodate me. I watched them pull in the car and put it up on the rack when we discovered that all four tires were shot. They had their tire supplier do them a favor and deliver a set in a hurry. They didn't waste time, but they took their time scrubbing the wheels and removing something called "wheel weights." Compared to the shop where I had been buying tires, which replaced tires in literally ten minutes, I was impressed. I still reached my destination on time.
