This happened several months ago and I always meant to leave a positive review and THANK YOU. I had gotten a completely flat tire after getting a chain stuck in a tire at the coffee shop across the street, and the owners went above and beyond to get me a new tire on a Saturday and get me safely on the road. I have also used this shop for oil changes and inspections in the past.
View on GoogleMy regular mechanic of 20 years is now retired. Decided to look for a highly rated place closer to home. This place was highly rated and so I stopped by to get a quote on some work needed for my car. John was very friendly and came out in the cold to look at what I needed done. His wife Melody called me back next day with the estimate. I decided the cost was fair and Melody worked with my schedule and put me in for a Saturday appointment. Drop off was easy and the work was done as promised. I would have spent a lot more money and time taking it anywhere else. Finally a mechanic that is honest, friendly and has pride in their Customer Service. I have now found my new place for oil changes, inspections and other car needs. Both Melody and John also will help come out and pump gas for you if you prefer to stay in the car. This gas station / mechanic shop is a gem in the neighborhood. If you are looking for a trustworthy, friendly convenient mechanic or need gas and a nice chat, then John & Melody’s Automotive is the place for you.

He reached out personally to troubleshoot and provide a quote. He made room in his schedule for the next day for me to bring my car in. He communicated with me throughout the day on the status of car. He always asked before doing anything additional. Everything was transparent, honest and fair. He even drove my car to me when my ride to the shop fell through. This was an excellent experience, and highly recommend John for car repair needs. Thank you again.
