I took my BMW here for an alignment. They did great work, and didn’t charge me 600 dollars because “it’s an import”. I was so happy I took them my Jeep and got the same great service. They didn’t just start telling me what was failing and lose me in the words. They explained the issues and sent me photos of them. Great people that have definitely earned my business. If you are looking for a great shop, you found it. Stop looking, seriously.

View on GoogleI love this place. I knew what the problem was with my car and just needed a part replaced and the air conditioning system recharged. I called the dealer where I bought the car and explained I found the issue and needed a new part. They wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just for a diagnostic test, even though I could see the problem. The second place I went didn’t have the proper equipment to recharge the air conditioner. This is wild because they are a well-known chain. Honor Automotive talked with me (and listened to me without trying to up-charge additional services), set up a time, had the part ready when I dropped off the car. The job was completed quickly, professionally, and for only a bit more money than the dealer was trying to charge for just the diagnostic test. I’m really happy with the whole experience and I’m glad to have a good, honest repair shop so close to home.

They completely checked the car for all issues and made sure everything was working perfectly. I don't know much about cars myself and they explained the issues with the car to me, to help me understand and were very polite and understanding. I am extremely pleased with the service to my car and plan to bring it here again for years to come! Thank you, Honor Automotive! Edit: Just got my car fixed by Honor Automotive again and again, they did an excellent job. This time, they fixed a tire of mine. They fixed it quickly and for a great price. They even went above and beyond to clean up my tire/rim after I damaged it. Great service, Great people. Thank you again, Honor Automotive!
