Great tyre shop and good people on the phone and at the desk, they know what they are doing. I was out of town travelling in Pittsburgh and had a tyre blow due to a pothole. It was not a easy to find tyre and they were able to help me out within a 1 business day and have me back on the road.

Anyone reading my review on Factory Tires and Full Service have to know i got absolutely the best service on my vehicle. Everyone was so nice and professional. Got a runninglight fixed and oil change and while I was waiting had a great cup of coffee. What a team of dedicated and hard working.
