They were nice most of the time and always offered cookies. However, there were a few problems: - I checked in three times to make sure it was okay to drop off my car and have the enhanced inspection done by the time I got back from my trip (they had my car for 2.5 weeks) and I called towards the end of my trip to check in and they said they would “see if they got to it.” - When I picked it up, there was a fuse blown in the back which I noticed on the drive home because I kept getting flashed indicating my back headlights were out. This was not an issue I had had at all until I dropped it off so something must have happened within the two weeks it was in their hands :/ when I called towards check in, I was told “I’m not arguing over this” - checking over the paperwork I have from the inspection, it says they worked on the leaking fluids; however, the power steering fluid and break fluid needed replaced afterwards …. - they said they worked on making sure the front bumper passed inspection; however that, also, is still bent out of place - last, my time was disregarded multiple times after I checked several times over several meetings on getting quoted and the work done. The one time I called to see when I could bring my car in, they told me Thursday, I called Wednesday to make sure it was still good to bring in since we live 30 min away and don’t want to waste our time, and we brought it Thursday morning. When it reached 5:00pm (30 min before they close), I was told they didn’t get to the car that day and to bring it back as if I just randomly dropped it off even though they told me the day to bring it in and I called to check in. Even if I did randomly dropped it off, getting no communication the whole day and having to be the one to call was disappointing Like I said, they were nice to me and seemed like they have a good community. I just don’t know if I could recommend them as a woman who feels quite taken advantage of and walked over having my time disrespecting and on paper, corners were cut :(

This is a decent and reputable place to get work done on your car. Went down on a weekday afternoon for 4 new tires and they were able to take my car back right away. Service took about an hour and included mount and balance, $50 for alignment, and $20 for disposal of old tires. Total cost was about $700 but the price will vary depending on what tires you choose. Unfortunately, there was damage to a valve stem during installation, and one of my tires was completely flat the very next day. Luckily I was able to trade vehicles with my partner to get to work and they took my vehicle back to the shop. They apologized for the inconvenience, identified the issue with the valve stem, and replaced it free of charge. I'm still giving them a 5/5 rating because accidents happen sometimes, and their response to the situation made all the difference.

I truly cannot say enough fantastic things about this automotive shop. when my car was deemed totaled by my insurance company, Tim and Anthony helped me through the prolong process of getting my car back to road safe and legal. They made everything seamless, and they were so personable and so helpful along the entire process. I honestly would not have been able to get my situation sorted out without their help. They are both absolutely fantastic people and You will always be in great hands if you take your car here!

Anthony and his team provide exceptional service. When I brought my car in, Anthony was upfront about their busy schedule and let me know that the turnaround might not be immediate. Despite this, he was able to get my vehicle in and out within just a couple of days, which I truly appreciated. Like many people, I’m often hesitant about visiting mechanics due to concerns about upselling. However, Anthony was refreshingly transparent. While he identified a few additional issues with my vehicle, he assured me that none were urgent and that it was safe to continue driving. He explained his findings clearly without pressuring me into additional repairs or unnecessary expenses. In my opinion, Anthony is a rare find in the industry—honest, fair, and reasonably priced. I’ll absolutely return for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended.

Economy auto services are who you want to work on your vehicle. Anthony and the rest of the team are great. They’re fair, treat you like a friend, and quick. Couldn’t recommend any better auto service business in the Pitt area.
