I was referred here from an Audi dealership (enough said) while having some serious mechanical issues. Armand puts effort into finding the right parts at an affordable rate. The quote I received was significantly more affordable. Happy to have a reliable and honest place like this in the neighborhood. Yes, they are busy and you need to book ahead. If you want repairs done right and save on parts, it's worth it.

I had Inspection due and a cel saying 2ndary air pump .so he could of changed the pump, but trouble shoot all the hoses for cracks. Got a new set of rear shocks .and didn't cost arm and a leg. Very pleased Definitely dub.so happy with them

I followed up several times with no luck, until I received a response that “my vehicle was stuck outside, with two new vehicles in front and unable to be worked on” so I had it towed elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for repairs!
View on GoogleWaited over a month for a appointment dropped my car off before open waited all day to get a call just for him to say he would call me back after a test drive never got a call back that day had to call again finally got quoted for the job was told parts would take at least two days to get there told them I would pick it up drop it off once the parts arrived I’m assuming they never ordered them left a message no response terrible customer service would honestly give this place a Zero obvious this guy wants to pick and choose the jobs he wants to do !
View on GoogleI cannot stress it enough for anyone that has a Volkswagen Audi or anything German engineering. Stop going to a dealership and come to someone who will take care of you at an astounding price. The level of care and having a master at his craft is noticed. I will definitely be back.
