This is a reliable and honest shop. I've been here a about three times, service has always been accurate, reasonable and ethical. Note is to be made of a recent encounter with Dan, who worked me in to check a possible error code and discuss brake/tranny fluid properties and time of change philosophy. Later on Dan serviced my brake fluid and worked me in that day for inspection as well, a much appreciated gesture. Dan knows his stuff and is honest to boot, to me the two cardinal traits I look for in a mechanic.

Had good experience with them before. So today I called to schedule an inspection and oil change. The person over the phone seemed to be very cold in tone and attitude. After I scheduled the appointment, I asked him how much will it be. He simply replied "I don't know". I was a little shocked and asked again if they have a price for the inspection and oil change. He said "whatever it is". Wow, if you guys are so indifferent, why even bother to send out the reminder cards.

Vehicle Inspection Using the Doug's words saying" I call it how I see it" im doing exactly that especially since i grew up working in the automotive/mechanical industry since a child and don't like when shops try to take advantage of someone. There is 1 failed point which is agreeable. A fitting in a left rear brake hose. However there are red flags with suggested services and prices. 1. $300 to replace 1 left driver caliper. At most you are $100 in parts on a bad day , but shops get a huge retail discount on parts. 30 minutes labor to install on a bad day (remove 3 bolts after the wheel is removed). Their labor rate on this job would be $400. Per hour. 2 . Failed due to a "gas smell toward the rear gas tank". My snowblower is in the bed of my truck along with a gas can.that spilled.When the rear camper top is opened there is a huge gust of gas. Doug refused to acknowledge the fact. Personally I think he was huffing some of my can. Then the experience itself. Dropped off before 8am. 3:00 I get a call they are just starting . 4:30 there are issues with Inspection, but this week without notice they are closing early. Doug was nice enough to pick me up while walking there. But needless to say while in the parking lot when Doug stated to me I call it how I see it I did just that.In hopes this doesn't happen to you. I am calling it exactly how I see it aswell.

These people rock! Awesome customer service! Came to them with a today problem, a bad battery. Jamie got a technician on the spot and diagnosed the issue. Being that I was just getting ready to leave town for a trip to Cincinnati. I can’t truly explain to them how much it means to have this level of service on the spot. We used their night-time slot to drop off my son's car. Had a wonderful experience with them last time and they even mailed us a terrific welcome package. We felt good about going there again. No one called us to discuss our car we dropped off, kept us in the dark. We called to inquire - "maybe we will get to it Monday" was told to my wife. I called on Tuesday to ask about this and was told they were booked till end of month. Would have been nice if they called to explain. They kept us in the dark. Won't try them again.
