The entire process was remarkably quick and efficient, a testament to the team's exceptional expertise. Due to the time of day I visited, we had to complete the final steps the following day, but Erin went above and beyond, kindly driving out to obtain my mother's signature, as she was unable to physically visit the dealership until several days later. This accommodation was incredibly empowering and enabled me to acquire my vehicle much sooner. Zack was there in a few minutes and greeted me with a smile and a hello how are you! View on GoogleWhat a great experience....for a 2ND TIME!I I traded in my beautiful Cadillac CTS which I purchased from CAR SHOP 4 years ago, for a fully loaded 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 34K miles. This experience was a first though. My Jeep was initially in new Jersey. I had to pay a non refundable delivery fee in the amount of 299.00. Who ever heard of that! I wasn't going to do that! The sales person, Ashley, even offered to let me test drive another 2020 Jeep Cherokee that was on the lot to see if I liked it. My wife has the same Jeep Cherokee so I am familiar. My dilemma , is that I really wanted THAT Jeep Cherokee because of the low mileage. I took the risk and I'm so glad I did. I love my Jeep. The trade in amount they gave me for my Cadillac was more than fair. The price was right on the Jeep so no uncomfortable haggling. I'll see you for the 3rd time in a few years.
