Josh and the team at Autoworx Robinson were top tier from start to finish. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was needed, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and got the job done right. Pricing was more than fair and the turnaround time was solid. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend Josh and his team, this has been my go to spot from I first met them.

I brought our cadillac for a transmission fluid change .During the change the tech noticed there was a leak and Josh actually showed me pictures the tech took of the leak. The shop were amazing explained the repair in detail .Special thank you to Josh at the front desk for his knowledge in explaining the whole process .It was seamless and done in a timely fashion. My truck needed a new thermostat and fan. The guys were great. They worked through insurance company issues with me for a week (adjuster taking 5 days to come etc). As soon as they got approval from the insurance they got right on it, ordered the parts and I had it back in 2 days. They made sure that everything that needed done got done. Great job.

1st time customer great service and fair pricing. Brought vehicle in for transmission issues they recommended a typical fluid change service at a fair price and fixed the issue. Also did an inspection of the vehicle and gave recommendations on what was needed. I previously had a PPI and they were spot on with what my other mechanic had said. All services recommended were fair pricing. will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

They carefully checked everything and confirmed that the problem was with the compressor. They replaced it for me at no cost through the supplier. The staff were very kind, honest, and professional.
