The whole experience was great from start to finish. Great leveraging of technology, AI bot after i made my reservation online. Diagnosis text with pics and a detailed description of the resolution and paid via the same text. I received several calls to keep me in the loop and make sure I was informed. Was quoted a price and things changed to make the repair lower than what was quoted. They could have just kept the cost the same and I would have never known. One of the best garage experience for me! Thanks

Earlier this year, I needed to get a full clutch replacement on my 2016 Audi A4, which is a time consuming and expensive job. I received a few quotes, and Autoworx / Don was the most competitive, albeit by a small margin. I authorized the work to be completed and submitted full payment. When I went to pick up the car, Don told me that there were some parts included in the original quote that turned out to not be required, and he refunded me several hundred dollars. I’ve never heard of anything like that happening with a mechanic shop. Incredibly refreshing honesty. And the repair was top quality. Car is running great. Autoworx will get all my business going forward. I just brought the car in for the annual inspection, and it was super comforting to know that I was not going to get hit up for unnecessary work. Game changer! Thank you Don and Autoworx!

Very honest and kind folks. Needed someone to see if my car was safe to drive for a trip or if I needed to get repairs done before driving a longer distance. They were honest about my car’s issues and non-judgemental in helping me figure out what my plan would be. Scheduling and communication were extremely easy, they were able to get me in on short notice. Love that you can text with them, approve or deny repairs, and pay all online. Appreciate these guys and plan on using them in the future!

i took my car here for them to fix my wheel bearing and they ended up finding cracks in both of my control arms while inspecting! i don’t know how i’ve taken my car to five other places for fixes this past year and nobody found this severe issue. i’m very thankful for the workers here. my car drives smoothly now, there’s a noticeable difference. prices are fair and the guys working there are honest. i will definitely return!!

Dealer said I needed some very expensive work, Autoworx East End inspected my car and recommended not doing most of the work, saving me a couple thousand dollars! Don was superb to work with. Very communicative/engaging. Plus they use a messaging system to provide timely and detailed updates and itemization of the estimate. By far the best experience with a car service organization I have had in my 50+ years of maintaining cars.
