I had an excellent experience with Tim’s Transmission. They did an awesome job. I had them replace the clutch on my wife's 2015 Kia Soul and they were able to get the parts I needed quickly and were up front with parts and labor costs. Tim was able to get us in within just a few days and had the work done the day we dropped it off. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I will definitely go back in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone needing transmission servicing!

Very honest shop, reliable and efficient. I went in and got several diagnostics done to my car and adjustments and they delivered! I had work done on my tire areas and they worked on them in a great timely manner and communicated a few other things that needed done and we got them done. I will say being a female it’s hard to find a great shop you can trust and I’m confident with the work they have done. I will be using Tim’s as my auto technician shop in the future! I really appreciate the work that was done, excellent job!

I'm so happy I had to find this place again. Let me tell you. I bought a new to me 2011 Ford E350 with 75,000 miles on it. At about 80K, it developed a crazy transmission issue. I brought it to a chain shop and they immediately quoted me $5000+ for a rebuilt transmission replacement. I took it to Tim because I wanted that job done by a transmission professional if so, and I wanted a second opinion. Tim's not only immediately took our van in (which as a touring rock band, was extremely beneficial to keeping our tight schedule) but he also told me all about how he was pretty damn sure he knew what the issue was. He proposed something like "its gonna cost you a small amount of money for me to check, and if i am right, it will cost you only a few dollars more than that... If I am wrong, then you need the new transmission anyway and I will only charge you for that" Would you know this guy knew exactly what the hell was wrong and for (in 2016 dollars) ~$500 we were on our way. That van now has 325,000 miles on it and has NEVER had a transmission replacement. They even took the time to speak to me for 10 minutes about a totally separate ford van having transmission issues. This is the closest thing you will ever get to time travel. This place exists in a world where knowledge is king, and problems are solved with a smile. Absolute gem. 100/10. TRUST TIM's. I SURE DO.
