Just had this man Russo tell me over the phone after he offered a same day appointment time that he didn't want to do the quote on the damages of my vehicle because he was previously summoned to court when vehicle owners have to take matters into their own hands! That literally had nothing to do with me and I'm certain you're previous clients wouldn't appreciate you disclosing their info! Meanwhile you are a collision repair shop meaning you are aware of the potential summons based off your quotes! If you are not willing to accept customers that have to spend out of their own pockets I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU ADVERTISE AS SUCH! 50 years of experience that shows little to no professionalism is crazy work! Long story short...If you are seeking quotes for damages that you are paying out of your own pocket I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
