Great people and great work/service. You never feel uncomfortable taking your car there and in the auto industry, you know how rare that is. Rick could benefit from a more automated system when it comes to drop off, pickup, and in between. My hope is that he spends that money to level up on technology and customer service automation—for us as customers but to also benefit and make things much easier for Rick and his team as well! Truly a great guy.

They're inexpensive and never do work that's unnecessary. They save you money! Thank you Oreland Citgo for all of your help over the years!!

View on GoogleThis is an auto repair shop. They do good work at reasonable prices but they are very busy so be prepared to leave your car there for a few days. Even with something minor you probably won't get it back same day. And forget about calling to check on your car, nobody EVER answers the phone but if you leave a message someone will eventually get back to you . So work i would rate a 5, price I would rate a 5, but speed of work I would rate a 3, and communication I would rate a 2. Good work at a good price but takes a long time and nobody answers the phone .
View on Google100% recommended! Had the pleasure of taking my wifes car in today for inspection. Rick, the owner is very personable and honest. This place is a great asset for Springfield. Honest and efficient shops are hard to find. We'll definitely be returning with all our other vehicles!
