Had a great experience with Adam. He took care of my issue within a day and at a good price. I also wanted to emphasize how he brought up an issue to my attention that would need to be fixed eventually, but he went on to say it would be several thousand miles before it became a problem. I appreciate this very much, because he did not push it as something that needed to be done that day, but identified something I could plan for. Great shop, I'll be bringing my car back for more service in the future (including the one he suggested).

I have tried to get services done here twice. The first was for an inspection and I was told to come back in an hour because the person who does them wasn’t there yet. I returned again today around 11:05 am for an oil change and was told to come back after an hour because the person who does oil change isn’t there yet. I returned about 1 1/2 later and they were closed. I understand you close at 12, why tell me to return in an hour, just tell me you aren’t doing oil changes today.

I took my Toyota to J&P for a few years. While the owner seems to be a nice person, I had issues with their service. During an oil change they stripped the threads for the oil pan plug and then claimed they didn't do it. They had been the only shop to change the oil for over a year, so I know stripped it. They installed a rubber plug that worked, but always had me worried that it would give way. I also had them do a tune up. When I went to pick the car up it sputtered and stalled down the street. I got the car restarted and returned to the shop. The kept the car for several days and when I picked it up it still didn't run correctly. They never corrected the problem and the car ran rough for the next year that I owned it. Whatever they did also dropped the car mileage from 18 mpg to about 12 mpg. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else.

Adam and his guys at J & P do great work! He relayed any concerns with me in a great manner and addressed any issues found promptly. This will now be my go to auto repair shop for anything I need done!
