Car I looked at was exactly as described and advertised. I probably would have bought here except the car was filthy on the inside. Used Buy Now Pay Later lot! I can understand the outside being dusty or dirty. Being a rough gravel lot. Clean your cars..I probably would have bought that Jetta 5 Cyl. 2.5L..You pay for what you get? Here folks! Be cautious!

The car I purchased had alot of rusting underneath, as maybe it was sitting in water or snow possibly. Lots of parts rusted and literally breaking off the car. This was not noted on the listing, and unfortunately I did not take a mechanic with me when I purchased. I did spend a little over $3k to fix those damages. The main issue as to why I am writing this review… I was provided a key that does not match the vehicle. The key stopped working suddenly, and I was unable to enter the car. I went to try to get the key reset, and was informed the key did not match the car. I blame myself for all the rust, I should have had a mechanic… however giving me the wrong key is absurd. I reached out to try to rectify the situation, and my messages were completely ignored. I called, and was told “that’s the key we got when we bought the car from the auction” like okay… doesn’t change the fact it’s not the correct key for the car. I was told the owner would call me back. I will update this review if there is a resolve. Overall disappointing experience.

My experience here was horrible. AFTER placing a deposit which was requested through Zelle I was texted that the deposit was non-refundable. EMPHASIS that it was after the deposit was made. After getting there and seeing the vehicle which was not in reasonable condition (it needed breaks and rotors, the window seal was leaking, and there was clear signs of damage from a wreck on the vehicle) I requested a refund. They refused. Were condescending. And advised me to “Call the police if you don’t like it,” so I did. After filing a police report and advising I would be filing with the magistrate they decided to refund my down payment. This entire situations should never have happened. They were rude, unprofessional, and tried conducting themselves illegally by advising a deposit was non- refundable AFTER taking it. Avoid this place at all costs. EDIT: since they now want to publicly lie, their response is false. I was never notified prior to making the deposit, which is also noted in the police report. (This is not legal advice) You cannot have a “policy of no refunds” it is illegal. Under PA Title 37 Act 304.4 it is considered an unfair or deceptive act to refuse to return a deposit without a signed contract and a clause specifying it is non-refundable. It’s illegal. Also since you want to lie, I will take the issue further. I will be reporting your lot to the State board of vehicle manufacturers, dealers, and salespersons for them to investigate the wide range of code violations present on your lot including grading, lighting, and lot separation. Enjoy the fines and tens of thousands of dollars it would cost to get your lot to state code. Also if you take a few seconds to look more than half the reviews are from the employees. Belal made three reviews himself today. They hide their scam reviews about as well as their illegal acts.
