I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The work was completed the same day, which was a huge plus. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops I checked, and there were no surprise fees. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's great having such a trustworthy and efficient auto repair shop so close to home. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs.

I had emergency brake repaired to pass the state inspection over the summer, but got the car back with airbag and ABS alert lights on, and the brakes were clicking and had to be pumped for a firm stop. Also, the front desk person could barely communicate with the mechanics because of significant language barriers. I couldn't risk going back in to ask for them to do the repairs on the issues they appear to have caused. Plus, they charge 3% of fees if a card is used, which I've never encountered anywhere until here. However, the front desk staff was kind and attentive.

I have been entrusting the care of my vehicles at this location since it was Bakota's Auto Service. And the current ownership group has given me no reason to look elsewhere. They continue to be my choice for auto care whether it be routine maintenance, state inspection, or other unexpected repairs. Their quotes for service have been fair and dependable. And the mechanics have done a terrific job every time I've needed service on my vehicles. I have seen the state of the art technology they use to service their customers, from pricing parts and labor to bridging the language barrier. In my opinion, Halbleib Automotive deserves high marks for quality of work, dependability, and integrity.
