Matt and his team came recommended to me for being reasonable and trustworthy. I have been taking my vehicle to them for several years now, and they have not disappointed me. They are easy to work with and more importantly Matt is a straight talking man. Mall Auto Service is my go-to repair shop.

I had an excellent experience at Mall Auto. They were honest, upfront, and took great care of me. This shop came highly recommended on Google for being great, fair, and honest—and they absolutely lived up to that reputation!! I was previously told by Mavis Discount Tire that my inner and outer tie rods were “seized and bad” and was quoted close to $1,200 to replace everything. That didn’t sit right with me, so I came here for a second opinion. Mall Auto listened, checked the car, and within 15 minutes had everything freed up using heat and lubricant—no unnecessary parts, no pressure, no upsell. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead they were honest and did exactly what was needed—nothing more. That kind of integrity is hard to find. They’ve definitely earned a new customer. Highly recommend this shop if you want straightforward, honest service.
