As an out-of-town motorist whose engine unexpectedly blew up, I was stressed, stranded, and facing some very tough decisions. Jason went above and beyond in every possible way. From the start, he was incredibly honest and patient, taking the time to clearly explain my options—whether it made sense to repair the engine or walk away and purchase a different vehicle. He never pressured me, never rushed me, and most importantly, he gave genuinely excellent advice even when it meant he wouldn’t gain any business from the situation. That level of integrity is rare! Jason treated me like a person, not a paycheck. He listened, answered every question, and helped me think through a major financial decision with clarity and confidence during a really difficult moment. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can truly trust—someone knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical—Jason is the one. I can’t recommend Glemser Brothers Auto highly enough.

Amazing staff and amazing service! They are fairly priced and they are honest. They don’t try and sell you extra stuff you don’t need. I trust them to service my car and give me honesty. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing car service! Jason is the best!

Car was dropped off for some smoke coming from engine. After replacing the front right brake rotor and $600 later, I drive off only to have smoke coming from the engine again 3 miles down the road. This time they said it was leaky valve covers on the spark plugs. $250 later and a drive home and guess what…. Smoke coming from the engine. Never would I use them again. If I could give zero stars I would.
