I bought my 4Runner from Spitzer a couple of years ago- the sales team were great. Very patient and knowledgeable. I have been getting mostly all my services there since. Elvis is always professional and knowledgeable. The maintenance team never let me down. Scheduling service is always hassle free.

Only complaint I have, which was not their fault, is that the Technician who serviced my car, said he checked all my fluids, but when I got it back, the windshield washer fluid showed a warning later that evening that it was near empty, so it either wasn't checked or wasn't filled by the Tech. Not a major problem, I refilled it myself, but wanted to note it, as I wasn't expecting to have to immediately refill my washer fluid right after a regular service appt that should have included this & it is not & has not been leaking.

Pat and his team were professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping resolve my situation in a smooth and efficient way. Communication was clear throughout the process and they took the time to coordinate everything and follow up as needed. View on GoogleFantastic! They did an oil change and inspection on my new vehicle - they even gave a complimentary washing as well - which was unexpected and very cool. The lobby area was very spacious and clean, the employees were attentive, and the experience overall was great. I’ll be bringing my vehicle back in the future for maintenance.
View on GoogleI should have read the service reviews before taking my vehicle here. I called for an appointment because my blind spot monitors were not working. I was told there would be a diagnostic fee of $186.50, but if I had the work done there, that fee would be deducted from the bill. After diagnosis and proposed fix was explained to me, I inquired about the diagnostic fee being removed and was told by the service manager that was only if it was a safety issue. I asked why a blind spot monitor repair was not a safety issue, since it is a safety feature of my Sienna. I then completed a survey and expressed my concern. Patrick, another manager, contacted me and said that he would see what he could do. After 5 days and no follow up, I contacted Patrick. He then told me that the person who scheduled my appointment and told me that this fee would be removed had misspoke, but he would see what he could do. The work was completed and $50 was deducted. I contacted Patrick again via email explaining that I had been told the fee would be deducted, and if an employee had misspoke, I would expect a reputable business to honor what was told to a customer. That was eight days ago and no response. I paid $836.65 for a minor repair to realign blind spot monitors. I have learned an expensive lesson and will not be a customer of Spitzer Toyota again.
