I really appreciate the service team at Cochran, they were very diligent with us. Special shout out to Austin, he is very patient and great with customers. I dropped the ball and took a while to get back to him on making payment - totally my fault. He accepted my apology but was extremely kind about it. I will be referring my friends and family to work with Austin in the future. Thank you.
View on GoogleMy experience was terrible, down right awful 😖! The service department lied or acted like they didn't know anything. I showed them proof they had previously told me the car needed lower control bushings. I took it in today and not only did they say they could not duplicate the problem, the service advisor then said that the previous advisor that found the mechanical issue is no longer working there and for good reason. He said that the tech was only an oil change tech and most likely didn't know what he was talking about? What? On top of that he said it was 190.00 dollars for the exhaustive work he did looking for the problem I brought it in for. He said the tech took the car for an extensive drive to duplicate the conditions. Really? From the time I dropped it off and picked it up the car had traveled 1 mile !!!!!! Probably just around the parking lot.. Lastly he said you also don't have any extended warranty like you claim to have? I blew a gasket! I was so angry 😠 😡and 😤 upset because he was lying!! And he wanted me to pay 190 dollars for 1mile drive claiming the technician took we over an hour diagnosing the problem he didn't find!!! So I came home and called the warranty company that Cochran sold me. They said yes sir, you have another 2 years and over 30k miles left !! OMG I am so pissed off 😤 So do not use Cochran Subaru Service! You've been warned ⚠️ Below are two pictures. One recommends lower control arms done the other picture it says there is no noise and nothing wrong. So which is it.? Lastly the 3rd pic shows the car was driven 1mile!!! So much for an extensive drive !!! 😠 😡

View on GoogleI purchased a new Subaru new from another dealer because I wanted a specific model, but I've been taking that vehicle here for service for about three years since it's closer to home. My experiences have all been fantastic. They are excellent about communicating, the service is quick, they explain things clearly, and the quality of work is high. It's true that prices at Cochran are a little higher because they're a dealer service center. However, I am positive that overall I've saved money taking my vehicle here for service because Cochran has always let me know when something wasn't necessary, and they've never taken advantage of me by upselling services. They have been so trustworthy and overall great to deal with.
