Buyer beware!!! Bought a 2021 lincoln Corsair at Biondi in 12/2024. Pre-certified so I thought I was getting a good vehicle. Took car in for an oil change at 6 months of ownership and was told I needed rear brakes and rotors after only putting 2000 mile on vehicle. Spoke to owner who would not do anything to help.Took car to my mechanic and he told me it needed pads, and the rotors were fine. Took car back in January of 2026 because of battery problem and again got no where. This car also has 5 current recalls that lincoln does not have solutions for. Also looked up dealership and they are not registered with the BBB, to many complaints to get accreditation, but that was my stupidity for not checking first. Stay away from this dealership and all lincolns and Fords. Fix or repair daily!!!

DO NOT Buy a Used Vehicle From Biondi Lincoln. If you want a vehicle that has multiple issues like a failing suspension, compressor issues, no operators manual, shifting mechanism illegible, extended warranty bait and switch. DO NOT BUY PRE-Owned. Go to a dealer that stands behind their vehicles and deals in good faith. Honesty is the best policy. The multi point pre inspection prior to purchase of preowned vehicle is a joke. A strut, a control arm, and a compressor needs replaced prior to 30 days of ownership. Go to any other dealer for a pre owned vehicle. I would a picture of the owner operator’s manual but there wasn’t one. AVOID this dealer at all costs for used vehicles. I am sure new vehicle purchases are a different experience.

View on GoogleOut of the gate when you go to get your Lincoln find Russel, I dealt with him a few times and each time stellar service and he knows every detail on Lincolns plans and vehicles and is in the game of selling cars. I had an out of the ordinary situation i needed solved when buying my 3rd vehicle from Biondi and he did not skip a beat. Jim Santimauro in management will handle anything you need when working with say an odd ball out of state or commercial purchase and both of these guys are solution chasers. The service team is incredible here so make sure to keep it in the family for your routine stuff This is a business beyond a dealership that cares about their upstanding reputation and the expectations you have in buying a Luxury vehicle and looking for a luxury experience. You’ll see.
