Went here to get my front brakes checked. They stated I needed front brakes and rotors along with wheel bearing, but never put the car up in the air. Mind you I just had new brakes and rotors last year. Took it to another mechanic and all I needed was wheel bearing and one of my struts was leaking. So with that being said this service department is getting over on people and not really looking for the problem. Stay away.

View on GoogleI’m certain everyone hopes to hear “your car repair is warrantied” when at the dealership. While that may not be the case for all, please don’t fault me, if the professionalism, courtesy, and superb customer service I experienced from my Service Cordinator Chris, KathyS, and their (name unknown) transportation support tech isn’t also your experience … from the entire Team! I’m sure it will be! Thanks to the Team at MCJSC, I had transportation support throughout the day, a temp vehicle overnight (mines need that much work) and clear communication throughout the process! SN: It’s a credit to their team to be able to call and “check” on the progress and get the same polite answer repeatedly (I didn’t call that many times). It’s even better not to experience those “magical” and “random” fees that “appear” when time to pony up the cash! Greatly appreciated Team, Thank You!
View on GoogleHaving car problems took it my car to 3 mechanics. Every one of them equaled up to about 3,200. But they never fixed my problem. Took it to Monroeville Chrysler Jeep and the very next day they tell me about a problem. I trust these guys they do great work and fast. Very good hospitality nice people work there. They will help you no matter what
View on GoogleStay away from service here!! Had my jeep, 8K over powertrain warranty diagnosed here. They told me it was stuck in 4th gear and needed a full CVT transmission replacement. My service agent proceeds to tell me my options are to have jeep do it with a brand new replacement or he could call someone to make an offer to buy my jeep as is. Needless to say I took vehicle to my personal mechanic and he replaced with a used transmission. It have been running ever since. Half the cost as jeep. The price isn't my concern. My concern is my mechanic tells me to make a claim through Chrysler because it was so close to warranty. SHOULDNT MY SERVICE ADVISOR HAVE TOLD ME THIS?????????? Through the claims process I learn that I could have had that brand new transmission put in at Jeep and guaranteed for just a small deductible. How rude!
