Great customer service! I had my car fixed up there a few days ago; the price was reasonable and the repairs were done quickly. The staff was great about answering my questions and getting me scheduled for the repairs. It did take me about a week and a half to get my car in, but that is because the mechanic is trusted to do good work for a fair price.

OMG!!! I lived so close to Ken's auto service all these years and never once took my car to Ken's. How many times I went to NTB and PAID a lot of money. In fact, 6 months ago I went to NTB and was told that it will cost over $2000 to pass inspection and fix all that is required. Being fed up with NTB, I took my car to Ken's auto service today. Not only did I save BUNDLES of MONEY but also had other things fixed in my car without being told. I had Inspection and emission test done, exhaust pipe fixed, alignment, hand brake fixed, 2 tires replaced with new ones and rear drum brake shoes replaced. All this for ONLY $600 dollar. :) I am very very pleased with Ken's Auto Service. I RECOMMEND Ken's Auto Service to EVERYONE.... Thank you so much Ken for being very honest and doing a quality work. UPDATE (12/30/22): Ken has done it again. Because my inspection was about to expire within couple of days for I didn't pay attention to it, I was forced to take my car to some other chain mechanic shop. They wanted $1,500 to fix everything and to replace my stickers. I was in complete shock. So, I made an appointment with Ken Auto Service. Ken did all the work that day; Inspection, two new tires, replacement of rear disc pads & rotors and 4 wheel alignment for $755 when others wanted over $1000 dollar. My car drives and feels way better than it did before. Again, I recommend Ken's Auto Service to Everyone. If you want your car fixed right for reasonable price, Ken's Auto Service is the place to go. Thank you again, Ken. UPDATE (3/26/26): Well, what can I say other than Ken's Auto has done it again. I don't know how or why but my engine oil and transmission oil started leaking. I found this out when my engine STALLED one day. There was barely any engine oil in the engine. So, I decided to take it to Fire*tone thinking they will fix my van's issues for reasonable price. Boy! was I wrong! Just to fix the engine oil leak, they wanted $2,500 and told me that they don't deal with or work on transmission at all but refer you to someone they know. I was sick to my stomach. Then, I decided to take it to Ken's Auto and I am SOOOOO GLAD I did. Not only did Ken fix my engine oil leak and transmission leak but also did wheel alignment and guess what the total was; only $1,580. He even gave discount for paying in CASH and gave back some money. My van feels so good and purrs like kitty. :) I am really enjoying my ride now. Thank you so much, Ken. :)

Best mechanic I've ever dealt with. My car recently had some issues with the brakes. I took it to two different well-known auto services brands in Monroeville. The first said the brakes are in good shape while the second tried to rip me off with high labor cost and unnecessary parts. I got that feeling when you know something isn't right. I trusted my gut and took my car out. I did some Google Map search and decided to go to Ken's Auto Services. I got my car fixed and couldn't be happier. Ken only replaced the parts that needed replacement with a very reasonable labor cost. I saved about $243. I'm glad I found this honest, fair, and knowledgeable mechanic.
