I had taken my daughter’s XC60 to them because the body shop said they couldn’t read a Volvo Diagnostics. It was involved in a small accident front driver wheel damage. After words I reported to my insurance what was needed. A wheel bearing, axel, wheel sensor and a whole list of other stuff that was needed on the vehicle. The insurance would not pay for a factory cv axel so I payed for that part. After they were done I payed $660 for the part. The extra work that was needed I did myself saving $740 from their price. Abs light came back on right away. They would order another sensor. Took vehicle back, sensor would not calibrate. Ordered another type of sensor said that would take care of it. Took back again, after five days at the shop they had changed out wheel bearing and sensor under warranty. Said I needed a tie rod link replaced. Funny the car passed inspection with all their photographs just two weeks prior. Got that done. Week later and light on again. Made appointment. Found that the front brake rotor was scuffing like pad had gone metal to metal. Pads were good caliper was rubbing the brake housing. Took it back they said I needed a wheel unit and that’s why the abs light was on. Now I need a caliper and brake pad plus a wheel unit because Autoworxs couldn’t find the problem in the first place. Five trips. Very incompetent work. They need to stick with inspections and oil changes.

View on GoogleI paid for a couple things to get fixed and when I went to pick up my truck thanks weren’t broken or broken. My backup rearview camera does not work. I meant on the dash that never popped popping up now my radio works but no sound is coming out. My coolant level said low when I paid 100 and something dollars for new coolant my battery is low when I paid $511 for a battery and the guy working there when I picked the truck said there were nothing they could do about it until two weeks later so now I’m waiting after I paid thousands of dollars to have my truck fixed. They gave it back worse than what it was and instead of sending me immediately they rescheduled me for an appointment two weeks later.

View on GoogleI own a direct injection engine that is now at 140,000 mi; My automobile is perfectly maintained but ... I knew it was time to clean the intake valves of carbon deposits. Your company provides walnut blasting services which is critical to avoid damage to my turbochargers and therefore chemical cleaning is not possible. The before and after photos confirm a very positive result. The vehicle has returned to a smooth idle as if new and, acceleration also is as if new. Well worth the expense. Thank you for an excellent job. It was a nice touch to provide the before and after photographs taken with a camera that revealed the complete intake port and valves, which in my car are four valves per cylinder.
