If I were to recommend a place to get anything done on your vehicle, I would recommend The Shop 1000 times out of 10. The service was prompt, and the people there are incredibly personable. What really stood out to me was their integrity, honesty, and the pride they take in their work. Because of that, I feel completely comfortable knowing that if I ever have another issue with my car, it’s a no-brainer—I will absolutely be going back to The Shop. My experience started elsewhere and, unfortunately, it wasn’t a good one. I originally went to Mavis Discount Tire down the road near the Giant supermarket. The experience there felt extremely unethical and unprofessional. I waited over an hour and a half while they looked at my car, even though there was only one other customer in the shop. After all that time, they came back with a long list of repairs that my car supposedly “needed,” many of which turned out to be unnecessary. It honestly felt like a money-grab rather than a genuine attempt to help. What concerned me even more was how they handled my car. I came in because I was having braking issues and had been driving carefully. Yet when they returned my car, they sped into the parking lot and slammed hard on the brakes to park it. That kind of behavior didn’t show much respect for my vehicle or concern for my safety. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion at The Shop, and that’s when everything changed. Ben helped me out right away and was incredibly gracious and professional from start to finish. He clearly explained what the actual problem with my car was, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on. He was supportive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about helping me through the situation. I’m really glad I ended up connecting with Ben and the team at The Shop. Experiences like this remind you that there are still honest people out there who truly care about their customers’ safety and well-being. If you want a place you can trust, with people who stand behind their work and treat you with respect, The Shop is it.

We will not go to any other shop. Ben is very honest, fair and quick! He communicates every step of the way. You can't find that around anymore.

I can not say THANK YOU enough to Ben!!! I sent him a FB message after hours and he actually responded within minutes!! Got my car in and by 10:30am had it diagnosed and how much it would be to fix it. I gave him the go ahead and (no fault of his) my car was done within 3 days. Communication and honesty is what this garage it and Ben definitely made a new customer. THANK YOU BEN!!!!! I'll be back for inspection:)

Broke my rear axel at 7 am one morning, dropped it off at 8 am and it was done and back to me at 4 pm the same day. On top of all that, the owner dropped me off at home because he didn’t want me walking back in the cold. Super honest and hardworking people here who are just trying to help out people with car troubles. It was easy, affordable and stress free and I really appreciate everyone who worked here for helping me out so much!
